2016 Events and Activities

What's on in 2017

Keep a look out for new events and activities in 2017 starting in the Spring - as we are hoping that the new 'Guardians of the Deep' project with support from the Heritage Lottery Fund will help increase awareness raising and engagement with schools and events on the beach such as the spring Scavenger Hunts and summer Seashore Safaris....

The Thanet Coast Project helps run public events with the help of volunteers - mainly Coastal Wardens.  There are numerous opportunities for volunteers to help on the coast (See 'Coastal Wardens', Beach Cleans & 'Coastbusters' further below).
